  • How to move clients beyond their blocks and barriers
  • Handling tears and other strong emotion in the coaching room

Teaching approach

Courses emphasize practice and feedback and have essential but minimal theoretical input. We do not use role play and expect participants to experience the client as well as the coach role by working on issues that are real for them. All faculty are practising and successful executive coaches as well as experienced teachers of coaching.
